 ROLE OBJECTIVESThis performance profile aims to attract a Search Engine Optimization Manager with a proven track record of developing &amp; implementing successful SEO strategies for marketplaces by enhancing online visibility, driving organic traffic, &amp; improving search engine rankings for Smile's retail &amp; corporate dental cover.Specifically, the role will be responsible for achieving aggressive new member and member retention growth targets.This role will be reporting to the CMO and will be a part of the Retail Dental Cover &amp; Corporate Dental Cover Divisions.  KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS <ul><li>Organic Traffic Growth: Achieve &amp; exceed targeted growth in organic website traffic for both retail &amp; corporate dental cover offerings, developing new page types that leverage our marketplace content and drive increased visibility &amp; exposure in SERPs. Research SEO best practices from other marketplaces and monitor competitor SEO performance &amp; activity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, &amp; opportunities for Smile to improve and differentiate its organic search presence.</li><li>Keyword Rankings: Increase keyword rankings for targeted search terms &amp; phrases, increasing visibility &amp; click potential within organic search results.</li><li>Click-Through Rate (CTR): Improve CTR metrics for organic search pages, optimising title tags, meta, &amp; rich snippets to increase CTRs &amp; drive more qualified traffic.</li><li>Backlink Profile: Improve the quality &amp; quantity of inbound links pointing to Smile's website, enhancing domain authority &amp; trustworthiness in the eyes of search engines.</li><li>Technical SEO Health: Conduct regular SEO audits &amp; assessments of Smile's website, identifying technical issues, optimisation opportunities, &amp; areas for improvement.</li><li>Content Engagement: Increase engagement metrics, such as time on page, bounce rate, &amp; pages per session, indicating the relevance &amp; quality of website content to visitors.</li><li>Local SEO Performance: Enhance local search visibility for Smile's retail dental cover offerings, improving rankings &amp; visibility in local search results &amp; Google My Business listings.</li><li>AI-Driven Optimisation: Research and implement AI-driven optimisation techniques to improve SEO performance metrics.</li></ul>
