Job Description
The 2D Art Designer will be responsible for concept art, character and background design, and creating setting images for 3D model production in 3D game development. They should possess fundamental art creation skills such as drawing and composition, and the ability to align designs with the project's direction. The candidate should be able to use 2D art software such as Photoshop and have business-level Japanese language skills. They will collaborate with the development team to understand the desired game experience and adapt to changing situations.
Good To Have:
- Practical experience in 3D design.
- Experience collaborating with 3DCG designers, planners, and programmers.
- Ability to use 3D software (Maya, Blender, etc.).
Must Have:
- Practical experience in art and design for games or video works.
- Basic art creation skills (drawing and composition).
- Ability to adapt design to project direction.
- Experience using 2D art software like Photoshop.
- Business-level Japanese language skills.
業務内容
・3Dゲーム開発におけるコンセプトアート、キャラクターや背景のデザイン、
3Dモデルを制作するための設定画の制作等。
必須経験・スキル
・ゲームや映像作品におけるアートやデザインの実務経験
・基本的なアート制作技能（デッサン力や構成力）をお持ちの方
・作品の方向性にデザインを合わせる能力や意識をお持ちの方
・Photoshop等のアプリケーションを使った2Dアートの制作経験がある方
・ビジネスレベルの日本語スキル
歓迎経験・スキル
・3Dデザインの実務経験がある方
・3DCGデザイナー、プランナー、プログラマー等との協働経験がある方
・3Dソフト（maya、blenderなど）を扱える方
