We are seeking a high-energy and innovative professional to join the Accounts Receivable team! As a member of the team, we expect you to perform a variety of finance and accounting duties supporting several of our Expert Tam functions. This position will collaborate and work closely with the various partners supporting each expert function as the Finance Business Partner.

What will you be doing?

  • Invoicing functions related to several business line areas, including invoice generation, validation, and revenue recognition.
  • Development and documentation of billing-related policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining amortization schedules related to deferred revenue and preparing roll-forward schedules for quarter-end financial statements.
  • Preparation of General Ledger journal entries and reconciliation of deferred, unbilled receivable, AR, and bank accounts to the General Ledger.
  • Performing month-end and year-end financial close processes
  • Processing write-off requests and referrals to outside agencies.
  • Processing AR/AP refunds for items billed in assigned areas.
  • Researching, analyzing, and resolving inquiries and problems related to billing, collections and Accounts Payable.
  • Working with internal and external auditors to respond to inquiries and provide data.
  • Assisting with the development, testing, and implementation of modifications/enhancements to financial systems.

Who are we looking for?

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience and accounting competence.
  • Excellent English language skills and strong communication skills across different cultures.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial processes and financial system.

Monthly salary: from 2600 Eur to 2800 Eur (Before Taxes). The final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience, other bonuses apply.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week. It’s expected candidates be able to work flexible hours with overlap between Lithuanian and United States time zones to support smooth communication and collaboration during the transition period up to 1 year.
