AI Workflow Lead – Localization & Accessibility
Job Summary
Job Description
The AI Workflow Lead will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications utilizing Generative AI and Large Language Models for speech recognition, language translation, and text-to-speech. This includes evaluating and implementing AI tools for dubbing, audio description, closed captioning, and subtitling, collaborating with software engineers, technical, and creative teams. The role requires strong Python coding skills, preferably with knowledge of LLM usage (local and cloud-based). Understanding of audio/video file formats and related libraries (e.g., FFmpeg) is beneficial. The candidate must be self-driven, innovative, and possess knowledge of movie production workflows.

Job Details
Role:
- AI-assisted development and maintenance of applications that use Generative AI and Large Language Models for speech recognition, language translation and text-to-speech
- Evaluates and enables adoption of AI tools for dialogue dubbing, audio description, closed captioning and subtitling
- Collaborates with software engineers, technical and creative teams
Skill & profile requirements:
- Experience in Python coding, preferably with knowledge of local and cloud-based LLM usage.
- Knowledge of audio and video file formats and FFmpeg, GraphicsMagick, Gstreamer and other similar libraries is an advantage.
- Understanding of API and SDK integrations.
- Must be highly self-driven and able to innovate.
- Understanding of movies and their production workflows will be of significant advantage.
- Prior work in dialog dubbing, subtitling, closed-captions and audio descriptions will be an added advantage.
