Job Description
We are looking for an Airport Infrastructure Project Manager to join our client's team in Lausanne. The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing large-scale projects, including technical and organizational management of airport infrastructure projects, pavement design studies, leveling studies, and project design according to airport standards. They will also supervise and collaborate with a team of junior engineers and drafters, and support business development. The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Civil Engineering with an infrastructure specialization, has at least 5 years of experience in the airport sector, masters ICAO/EASA standards and design methods, and has proven experience in managing airport project teams, ideally in BIM. Proficiency in French and English (C1 minimum) is required.
Good To Have:
- Ideally in BIM
- Proficiency in German and/or Italian is a plus
Must Have:
- Assist the branch manager
- Ensure technical and organizational management of airport infrastructure projects
- Perform pavement dimensioning studies, leveling studies, and design projects compliant with airport standards
- Organize and participate in project study and execution meetings
- Supervise and collaborate with a team of several junior engineers and drafters
- Support business development using professional network
- MSc degree in Civil Engineering, infrastructure specialization
- At least 5 years of experience in the airport sector in Switzerland or France, Luxembourg, Belgium, etc.
- Mastery of main standards (ICAO, EASA) and design methods (DCA, Alizé, FAARFIELD)
- Rigorous and autonomous, with proven experience in managing airport project teams
- Knowledge of French and English (minimum C1 level)
