Job Description

The Assistant Field Technician will be responsible for monitoring site installations, performing coverage tests, and installing and configuring mobile/portable radios, RF equipment, and infrastructure. Key duties include corrective and preventive maintenance, field support, fault analysis, and interfacing with the NOC for call handling and closure. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in telecommunications field operations.

Good To Have:

Experience in technical support and/or implementation of RF systems
Knowledge of TETRA and/or APCO25
Knowledge of IP networks

Must Have:

Based in Rio de Janeiro
Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Electrotechnics; CFT certification
Experience in working at height with NR35 certification
NR10 certification
Valid Driver's License (Category B)

Field support and fault analysis;
Interface and support to NOC for call handling;
Filling and finalizing calls;

Basic Requirements

Base in Rio de Janeiro
Technical degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics or Electrotechnics - CFT is mandatory;
Experience in technical support and/or implementation of RF systems will be a differential
Knowledge in TETRA and/or APCO25 will be a differential;
Knowledge in Radio link Installation and Configuration;
Knowledge in IP networks will be a differential;
Knowledge of Telecommunications infrastructure, RF, towers;
Experience in working at height with NR35 - mandatory
NR10 - mandatory;
English: basic conversation and writing;
Proficiency in Office Suite: (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Tools: (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);
Availability for travel - 70%
Self-motivation, ability to work in a team, good interpersonal skills, initiative and sense of urgency, Good oral and written communication, teamwork, planning and organization;
Valid Driver's License (Category B).
