Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Principal with 13 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years specifically in Azure Infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in Azure Migrate, Azure Networking, Azure SQL IaaS/PaaS, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure IAM. The candidate should have experience leading and technically guiding teams of 5 or more people, providing 24x7 support, and working flexibly with shifts. Responsibilities include driving cloud solutioning, conducting infra assessments, designing and building Azure Landing Zones, and troubleshooting Azure Windows environments.
Must have:

Job Details
13 years of IT experience and minimum of 5 years of experience on Azure Infra Azure Migrate Azure Networking mainly Azure SQL IaaSPaaS Azure Storage Azure Key Vault Azure IAM Should have worked with the team size of above 5 Infra technically guided managed and governed the team Willing to provide 24x7 support flexible to work in the shifts
Primary skills
- Expertise in OnpremPublic cloud Infra assessments using Azure Migrate
- Driving the cloud Solutioning Azure activities for large complex migration
- Ensure that the proposed solution covers Azure strategy stakeholder management as well as the actual solution covering Business Application and Infrastructure as well as commercial aspects in terms of value for money and not commercial costing etc
- Working experience with various industry domains like banking healthcare Insurance
- Understanding customer Infra landscape Design and build Azure Landing Zone activities
- Provide the Azure target architecture and its BoM pricing and licensing related details
- Azure Target Solutions architect Diagram all Azure services including HLD LLD
- Migrating on premise workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate
- Troubleshooting experience with Azure Windows environments Processor networking clusters IO memory etc related issues
