Job Description

The Associate Principal - Data Engineering, acting as a Data Analyst, is responsible for analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and enhancing dashboards for strategic decision-making. This role involves defining KPIs, translating business needs into technical specifications, and validating Power BI dashboards. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure data accuracy across supply chain reporting systems, and provide ad-hoc analysis. Participation in requirement workshops, backlog grooming, and Scrum calls is also essential for this position.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document analytical requirements
Act as a liaison between Power BI development teams and business units
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across supply chain reporting systems
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making
Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and participate in sprint meetings
Participate in Scrum calls, anchoring discussions on data requirements, progress, and blockers
