Job Summary
Job Description
The job involves product management for audio, including audiobook product management (concept development, text editing and review, scheduling and disposition of all production processes, product testing, metadata management). The role also entails expanding digital business areas and developing innovative strategies in the spoken word and music sector. The successful candidate will work on creating and implementing innovative concepts for new digital products. This includes communication, coordination, and negotiation with project participants.
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in product or project management.
- Experience in the digital media sector, ideally with a focus on audio.
- Knowledge of budget and cost planning, product calculation, digital transformation.
- Independent and efficient working style.
- Agile mindset and cross-media creative thinking.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Enthusiasm for innovations, media, and new devices.

- Produktmanagement Hörbuch (Konzeptentwicklung, Textbearbeitung- und prüfung, Terminierung und Disposition aller Produktionsabläufe, Produktprüfung, Metadaten-Management)
- Ausbau digitaler Geschäftsfelder und Entwicklung innovativer Strategien im Bereich Spoken Word und Musik
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung innovativer Konzepte für neue digitale Produkte
- Kommunikation, Koordination und Verhandlung mit Projektbeteiligten
Dein Know-how ist gefragt
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines einschlägigen Studiums oder entsprechende Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement (mindestens 3 Jahre)
- Erfahrung im digitalen Medienbereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Audio
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Budget- und Kostenplanung, Produktkalkulation, digitale Transformation
- Selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Agiles Mindset sowie crossmediales kreatives Denken
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Begeisterung für Innovationen, Medien, neue Devices
