Job Description

1. Responsible for business negotiations for game IP cross-industry cooperation & IP linkage, submitting IP cooperation expansion plans and cooperation proposals based on IP needs and game versions.

2. Continuously monitor market trends, organize information, and conduct research analysis on high-quality projects, regularly producing research reports.

3. Combining personal project experience with creative and promotion departments, for different projects, match and promote the implementation of feasible solutions, drive project execution, track results, and be responsible for project outcomes.

4. Collaborate with various internal departments and external companies, integrate internal and external company resources and IP-related resources, providing effective services and support for cooperative projects.

5. Maintain existing cooperative resources, including but not limited to contract terms negotiation, communication for cooperation implementation, etc.

6. Complete responsible projects based on company annual goals, while meeting IP version requirements and enhancing IP image and visibility.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of work experience in IP cross-industry cooperation or brand cooperation (or other related positions), with relevant case experience and certain resource accumulation.

2. Familiar with cooperation processes in the game industry, business negotiation, and implementation; skilled in project management, collaborative communication, and responsible for project outcomes.

3. Good aesthetic sense, certain creative planning ability, and experience/insights in marketing and promotion.

4. Excellent judgment, clear thinking, with problem-solving and risk control abilities.

5. Understand industry situation, love the game industry, familiar with Papegames products preferred.
