The Business Strategy & Data Analytics Manager will bridge the gap between business strategy, sales planning, data-driven decision-making, and sales enablement for a 3000-screen cinema advertising network. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales planning and forecasting, creating and monitoring KPIs, analyzing regional performance, developing and managing Power BI dashboards, interpreting data for actionable insights, managing MIS, and crafting sales decks. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and offers exposure to national brands and media agencies.
Good To Have:- Experience in media, advertising, or B2B tech/media platforms
Must Have:- 5-7 years of media sales strategy, business analytics, and CRM experience
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Excellent written and visual communication for pitch and deck creation
