The Chairman's Office is a direct organization of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of KRAFTON, and it is a department that promotes and manages communications with major shareholders and external key partners, as well as company-wide projects related to the core agendas of the Chairman of the Board. The staff of the Chairman’s Office will independently carry out or collaborate with related departments on 1-2 company-wide projects as part of the Chairman of the Board’s duties, and may also support due diligence for large-scale investments and M&A projects conducted by the Chairman’s Office. This position requires problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, business acumen, financial knowledge, maturity to represent the company in relationships with partners, and smooth teamwork.
