Job Description
We are looking for a professional with a solid technical foundation and experience in critical environments to work in the network area. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive vision of network infrastructures, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams. This role involves implementing and supporting complex network architectures, with strong knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs. Familiarity with network security principles and best practices is essential. The candidate should also be proficient in working with major public cloud platforms and understanding SDN/SD-WAN technologies.
Good To Have:
- Network Automation expertise, including automation tools
- Cloud network administration (Azure, AWS, Oracle, Google Cloud), including containers, programming languages, APIs
- Experience implementing and supporting hybrid and multi-cloud network solutions
- Understanding of SDN principles and experience with SDN controllers
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools for performance optimization
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing network performance
- Intermediate English level, with technical reading and international communication skills
Must Have:
- Solid knowledge in LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies, preferably Cisco platforms.
- Proven experience in network and security support in 24x7 environments.
- Participation in medium/high complexity network and security projects.
- Experience in managed support for corporate network/security, Data Centers, and NOCs.
- Familiarity with monitoring and ITMS tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
- Customer-oriented skills for incident, change, requirement management, and reporting.
- Experience implementing and supporting complex network architectures.
- Knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
- Cisco Certification.

Profile Requirements:
- Solid knowledge in LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies, preferably on Cisco platforms.
- Proven experience in network and security support in medium and large environments with 24x7 operation.
- Participation in medium and high complexity network and security projects.
- Experience in managed support services for corporate network and security infrastructures, Data Centers, and Network Operations Centers (NOC).
- Familiarity with monitoring and ITMS tools such as SolarWinds and ServiceNow.
- Customer-oriented skills for incident management, changes, requirements, and report generation.
- Desirable intermediate English level, with technical reading and communication skills in international collaborative environments.
Additional Skills:
Network Automation expertise, including automation tools.
Cloud network admin for one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon AWS
- Oracle Cloud
- Google Cloud
- Including containers, programming languages, API’s

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Network Engineer
- Experience in implementing and supporting complex network architectures.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
Public Cloud Platforms:
- Proficiency in working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience in implementing and supporting hybrid and multi-cloud network solutions.
- Understanding of SDN principles and experience with SDN controllers.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Networking) technologies.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools for performance optimization.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance.
Formal education:
- University degree - completed undergraduate in systems engineering, telecommunications engineering or related fields.
- Cisco Certification.
