What success looks like in this role:
- Engages with leadership to develop, implement and monitor business-focused Talent Acquisition strategies and priorities.
- Engages with business leaders to understand evolving business and staffing requirements.
- Sources, assesses and recommends candidates for the most highly specialized and difficult to attract positions, and for executive level positions.
- Provides advice on appropriate Talent Acquisition strategies, including traditional sourcing / recruiting, early career and contracting management.
- Collaborates with colleagues in HRBP, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Global Workforce Management, and Learning & Development to ensure proper alignment and focus of Talent Acquisition initiatives and priorities.
- Monitors staffing outcomes company-wide to ensure effective focus and impact on enhancing overall organization capability.
- Analyzes critical and materially impactful staffing needs, gaps and issues, engaging with leadership to develop resolution strategies.
- Leads regional and/or global Talent Acquisition and/or broader programs, projects and initiatives as required.
Campus / Early Career
- Analyzes campus recruiting statistics and metrics on an on-going basis, analyzes their strategic significance and provides trends to key stakeholders.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master’s degree preferred
