Job Description

The Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) will drive Envestnet's growth by identifying and screening candidates for various technical roles, focusing on engineering. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, leveraging data analytics to prioritize needs, and translating these into strategic talent approaches. It's a fast-paced, high-impact position representing the Envestnet brand and extending the candidate experience during a maternity leave contract.

  • Prior experience developing intelligence such as competitor maps, talent market landscapes and pipeline analytics

Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant recruiting experience
  • Minimum 8 years of corporate recruiting experience
  • 2-5 years of full-cycle in-house technical recruiting experience with proven track record in engineering roles
  • Deep recruiting or technical knowledge in technology: software engineers, QA, DevOps, and AI roles
  • Proven ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity
  • Hands-on fluency with applicant tracking systems (Jobvite) and HRIS systems (Workday)
  • Passion and interest for metrics and analytics
  • Commitment to Equity, Inclusion & Diversity mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Creativity in recruiting approach and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment

Job Summary:

During this maternity leave contract, you will represent the Envestnet brand and be an extension of the candidate experience. You will serve as a trusted partner to the hiring managers to understand and prioritize hiring needs across the Envestnet organization by leveraging data and analytics. This is a fast paced, high impact role that will involve translating hiring needs to strategic talent approaches.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing to closing top technical talent across all levels, with a focus on tech focused engineering roles
  • Be curious, gain and maintain a deep understanding of technical requirements, skills, and qualities for job openings
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans to create deep talent pipelines using channels and networks
  • Use data-driven approach to recruiting, analyzing metrics and recruitment insight to improve sourcing processes and improve hiring outcomes
  • Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager and any relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with finance, and our immigration team if necessary
  • Maintain metrics and analytics while participating in weekly discussions with your hiring managers and HRBP community
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in years of relevant recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant corporate recruiting experience
  • 2-5 years of full cycle in-house technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring for engineering roles.
