Client Developer

Snowprint Studios is hiring a Client Developer for Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus.

As a Client Developer at Snowprint Studios your’ll be part of a small, agile, and experienced team creating top-quality free-to-play mobile games for millions of players. You'll contribute to the design process, using your technical expertise and gaming experience to shape an engaging user experience while making impactful decisions that enhance gameplay.

In this role, you'll develop game architecture, implement and test features, and work across game logic, AI, graphics, UI, and client-server communication. You'll also optimize performance for mobile platforms and build tools to empower designers and artists. As a key team member, you'll take ownership of tasks, collaborate effectively, and drive innovation to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.

At Snowprint, our games are built using Unity and C#.

To succeed in this role, we also think you need…

• Professional experience with game development in Unity

• Fluent in C#

• Ability to write well-structured code and create robust solutions

• Deep understanding of game technology and pipelines

• Solid knowledge of common 3D engines and their underlying architecture

• Efficient communicator

Nice to haves:

• Good understanding of mobile platforms and hardware

• Good understanding of mobile free-to-play games

• Built, released and operated a mobile free-to-play game

• Experience working on client-server applications

• Lifelong passion for all things games
