Job Responsibilities

• Managing and cultivating our community of dedicated fans & content creators
• Overseeing Partner Program & Ambassador Program to maintain close relations
• Crafting plans & ideas for customer/community interaction and expansion
• Engaging with community to answer question, address concerns and provide help
• Organizing and hosting community events, competitions & activities
• Collaborating with marketing, developers & sales to provide feedback/reports
• Willingness & availability to travel and attend events

Expected Qualifications

• Experience in community coordination, preferably in video games
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and self-manage various responsibilities
• Creativity, initiative, and team-spirit with hands-on mentality
• Flawless social and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in English and German for international communication
• Passion for and knowledge of video game culture and trends

What would be a plus?

• Experience or interest in agriculture or Farming Simulator
