Job Description

The CRM Manager at Leonardo.Ai will be responsible for managing and optimising customer relationship management strategies and systems. This role involves collaborating with Product, Growth, Business Development, and Marketing teams to implement campaigns, enhance customer journeys, and leverage data to maximise customer lifetime value. Key duties include developing CRM strategies, designing automated workflows, segmenting user databases for targeted campaigns, and analysing CRM metrics to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, BD, Product & Growth teams.
  • Monitor and analyse CRM metrics.
  • Manage Braze and key integrations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights.
  • Stay up to date with CRM best practices and emerging trends.
  • 3+ years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience using sophisticated CRM tools like Braze, Salesforce.

The Role:

The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising our customer relationship management strategies and systems. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Business Development & the wider Marketing team to place and implement campaigns, improve customer journeys, and leverage data to maximise customer lifetime value.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Design automated workflows, triggers, and personalisation strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Drive the ongoing growth of our 'always-on' testing and optimisation strategy.
  • Segment user databases and design targeted, personalised campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BD, Product & Growth teams to align on CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse CRM metrics to optimise campaigns and workflows.
  • Manage Braze - our CRM platform - and key integrations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on trends, campaign performance, and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up to date with CRM best practices, emerging marketing automation trends, new opportunities on the Braze platform, and other relevant technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience using sophisticated CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce, Emarsys, Oracle, Insider or Iterable.
