TVH is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Advisor to be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering fast, personal, and high-quality service. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, accurately processing data, building strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding customers on the e-commerce platform. The role also involves contributing ideas for process improvements and sharing insights with colleagues.

  • Build strong relationships by actively thinking along with customers and spotting growth opportunities.

  • Attend fairs and events to strengthen customer connections.
  • Guide customers in using our e-commerce platform effectively.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Strong, customer oriented thinking and acting skills.
  • Solution driven and persistent.
  • Good organizational skills and able to set priorities.
