Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning and scaling all performance marketing activities in India, managing paid media, digital coordination, and partnership growth. This includes planning and executing campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliates. The role involves optimizing budgets for First Time Depositor (FTD) growth, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets, and Lifetime Value (LTV) uplift. The manager will also localize ad creatives and landing pages, participate in mystery shopping, collaborate with CRM and brand teams, contribute to quarterly growth plans, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, share insights in monthly reports, and support competitive analysis. This role offers either a hybrid option based in Malta or a remote work arrangement.
Must have:

Job Details
Rhino Entertainment is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will own and scale all performance marketing activities in India. You will manage paid media, digital coordination and partnership growth - delivering efficient player acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels and hitting key KPIs across digital channels.
What your role will look like:
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliates
- Optimize budgets and performance for FTD growth, CPA targets, and LTV uplift
- Localize ad creatives, landing pages, and payment flows to maximize engagement
- Participate in mystery shopping and help test the full player acquisition journey
- Work closely with CRM and brand teams to ensure consistent tone and message
- Contribute to quarterly growth plans and align digital efforts with broader goals
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Share actionable insights in monthly reports on traffic, conversion, and digital trends
- Support competitive analysis from a media and performance perspective
Note: The selected person may either be office based in Malta (Hybrid) or Remote.
