Verrai inserito all’interno di un centro di eccellenza dedicato alle tematiche antiriciclaggio e contrasto al finanziamento del terrorismo e contribuirai a gestire sfidanti progetti di consulenza in ambito Banking & Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, e Insurance riguardanti, in via esemplificativa:

• analisi strategiche, di business per lo sviluppo del framework di presidio del rischio end to end

•   digital onboarding/ digitalizzazione ed efficientamento dei processi in essere;
•   definizione dei modelli organizzativi to be;
•   definizione di risk assessment nel continuo;
•   adeguamento e rafforzamento dei presidi con di soluzioni avanzate per la gestione dei processi (mediante utilizzo di AI, ...)

● Possiedi più di 8 anni di comprovata esperienza affine al ruolo sopra descritto, risulta titolo preferenziale aver maturato esperienza presso altre Società di cosulenza, banche o compagnie assicurative.

● sai coniugare logiche di presidio del rischio a quelle di business

● Sei in grado di trovare soluzioni funzionali e innovative a progetti complessi

● Sai lavorare per obiettivi e metterti in gioco con passione

● Sai guidare e gestire un team e creare un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e positivo

● Hai sempre la valigia pronta anche per un viaggio di lavoro e sei motivato all’attività di consulenza

● Parli e scrivi in inglese fluentemente
