Intel's Network and Edge Group (NEX) is seeking an Ethernet Business Development Manager to drive growth for Intel's networking products. This role involves developing business strategies, driving Ethernet product adoption and revenue across Server OEMs, ODMs, Cloud Service Providers, and Telco Service Providers. The manager will own key customer accounts, build relationships with executives, and negotiate contracts. Responsibilities also include market research, competitive analysis, influencing product roadmaps, and representing Intel at industry events. Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • 5+ years demonstrating success in business development, account management, or product strategy within networking, semiconductors, or cloud/data center solutions.
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience in datacenters, servers OR Ethernet Networking.
  • Strong technical foundation in Ethernet networking products.
  • Skilled in RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Executive presence to influence senior decision makers.

Job Description

Intel's Network and Edge Group (NEX) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ethernet Business Development Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive the growth of Intel's networking products and solutions.
  • Drive Ethernet product adoption and revenue growth across Server OEMs, ODMs, Cloud Service Providers and Telco Service Providers
  • Own key OEM and customer accounts to grow Intel Ethernet product adoption and revenue. Build relationships with CTOs, architects, procurement and senior executives to influence product adoption of Intel Ethernet. Negotiate contracts / SoW’s to secure long-term design wins.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align customer requirements with Ethernet product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify Ethernet industry trends; Provide actionable feedback to influence product strategy, go-to-market execution and competitive differentiation
  • Represent Intel at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our networking products and solutions.
  • Deliver account updates and design pipeline visibility to senior leadership

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
