Job Description

King is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to plan and execute internal events, both locally and internationally. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating vendors, handling administrative processes, and ensuring seamless on-site delivery for various experiences for Kingsters. The coordinator will also support administrative tasks, tool management, reporting, data collection, and internal communications, requiring excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must have:
  • Support planning and execution of internal events
  • Manage logistics, coordinate vendors, handle administrative processes
  • Ensure seamless on-site delivery for events
  • Deliver events within budget and approved procedures
  • Support administrative tasks, tool management, reporting, data collection, internal communications
  • Conduct venue and service research
  • Serve as main point of contact for vendors
  • Manage third-party suppliers, contracts, and negotiations
  • Prepare event proposals, quotes, and internal documentation
  • Track and reconcile event expenses
  • Assist in on-site execution (setup and breakdown)
  • Conduct post-event analysis
  • Support team operations (database management, merchandise logistics, internal reports)
  • Strong command of English and local language
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating internal or corporate events
  • Familiarity with local vendors and suppliers
  • Understanding of travel logistics and registration tools
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, Canva
  • Comfortable supporting physical event setup and breakdown
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Business Communications, PR, or a related field
  • Experience with DMCs (Destination Management Companies)

Events Coordinator | Events

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of internal events across King. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating vendors, handling administrative processes, and ensuring seamless on-site delivery for small offsites and experiences for our Kingsters.

Your role within our Kingdom

As an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of internal events - locally and internationally - within budget and in line with approved procedures. You will also support administrative tasks and the management and deployment of tools, including reporting, data collection, and internal communications. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a hands-on, solutions-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct venue and service research to diversify and grow our supplier portfolio.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and proactively resolve issues during planning and execution.
  • Manage third-party suppliers, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Prepare event proposals, quotes, and internal documentation to support planning and approvals.
  • Track and reconcile event expenses; support financial reporting in collaboration with the AP team.
  • Assist in on-site execution, including event setup and breakdown.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and share learnings to improve future experiences.
  • Support team operations through administrative tasks (e.g., database management, merchandise logistics, internal reports).

Skills to create thrills

  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Business Communications, PR, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong command of both English and the local language.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating internal or corporate events (experience with DMCs is a plus).
  • Familiarity with local vendors and suppliers.
  • Understanding of travel logistics and registration tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills and cultural awareness; a true team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, Canva.
  • Comfortable supporting physical event setup and breakdown when needed.
  • Adaptable and flexible to evolving business needs.
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a drive to go above and beyond.
