The Executive, Retail (Business Development) in Johor Bharu is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new ASN and RPN partners, negotiating agreements, and providing training. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, conducting regular check-ins, and identifying growth opportunities. It also includes providing ongoing support, conducting training sessions, and facilitating communication and collaboration between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
Must Have:- Identify and evaluate potential ASN and RPN within the assigned region.
- Initiate and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Conduct thorough onboarding sessions with new partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ASN and RPN.
- Conduct regular check-ins and visits to partners.
- Provide ongoing training and support to ASN and RPN.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between ASN, RPN, and internal teams.
- Good communicator in both written and oral English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Good comfort level using enterprise software.
