Job Description

We are seeking an Export Sales Manager for the Middle East & Africa Regions to establish and lead capture and negotiation strategies for a rapidly expanding product portfolio within a stimulating international environment, interacting with clients, users, and multicultural teams. This role is part of the development of our Training & Simulation activities, leveraging opportunities from the 2022 acquisition of RUAG Training & Simulation.
Must Have:
  • Solid experience in Business Development, Capture Lead/Sales, and negotiation in an international environment.
  • Ability to define and lead capture strategies for major opportunities.
  • Skill in elaborating commercial approaches adapted to diverse clients (state, private, civil, defense).
  • Proficiency in negotiating and closing complex contracts.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Bid Management, technical, legal, finance, DGDI).
  • Capacity to identify risks and opportunities to optimize offer competitiveness.
  • A track record of managing client satisfaction by monitoring projects within your geographical scope.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence a complex network of stakeholders, including Senior Management.
  • Strategic agility and a strong sense of results.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Hold a Bac+5 degree (Master's degree equivalent).
  • Willingness to travel frequently in France and abroad.

As part of the development of our Training & Simulation activities, we are looking for an Export Sales Manager for the Middle East & Africa Regions.

Following the acquisition of RUAG Training & Simulation (500 people) by our Group in 2022, our products cover several countries of origin (Germany, France, Switzerland), thus offering numerous commercial opportunities.

You have solid experience in Business Development, Capture Lead/Sales, and negotiation in an international environment, and have developed skills in:

  • Defining and leading the capture strategy for major opportunities
  • Developing commercial approaches adapted to each client (state, private, civil, defense)
  • Negotiating and closing complex contracts
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams (Bid Management, technical, legal, finance, DGDI)
  • Identifying risks and opportunities to optimize offer competitiveness
  • Managing customer satisfaction by monitoring projects within your geographical scope

Your profile

You hold a Bac+5 degree and have solid experience in Business Development, Capture Lead, and negotiation in an international environment.

You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to influence a complex network of stakeholders (especially Senior Management), your strategic agility, and your results-oriented mindset.

You are fluent in English.

You are mobile for travel in France and abroad.
