Financial Controlling Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Translate global finance strategy into regional direction, inspiring and aligning your team to deliver on Haleon’s ambition.
• Lead the regional controllership function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of income, balance sheet, and cash flow with insightful commentary.
• Own the LATAM Hub cost center, including regional, local, and outsourced service provider costs. Drive efficiency and cost-to-serve improvements to reach top-quartile benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and Haleon’s governance framework. Embed a strong risk mindset and business continuity planning.
• Oversee the month-end close process, including inventory and profit release, OPEX, and headcount reporting. Coordinate activities across markets, Genpact, and other third parties.
• Own the regional balance sheet and ensure integrity of statutory accounts and audit processes (internal and external).
• Drive performance and continuous improvement across the Finance Hub, including local, regional, GCC, and BPO (Genpact) teams.
• Lead and develop a team of 10+ finance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and career development.
• Engage with BPO partners to manage performance against agreed SLAs and drive service excellence.
• Contribute to regional and BU business reviews, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee key finance processes, including Inventory, Master Data Management, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Banking, with a focus on service delivery and process optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational experience in Controllership or Audit
• Proven experience leading finance transformation or global process initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Background in Financial Controllership or Finance Business Partnering is preferred.
• Experience in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
