As a Floor Manager, you will create excellent customer experiences, leading a passionate team with energy and purpose. You will set the tone for a welcoming and inspiring store environment, ensuring every customer journey is personal and memorable, while driving results through service and operational excellence.
Must Have:
  • Deliver high-level customer service through expert styling advice and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize department performance.
  • Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards.
  • Support recruitment efforts, ensuring effective onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans for team progression.
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Step into the Store Manager role when required, ensuring continuity in leadership and performance.
  • Genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and lead by example in delivering outstanding service.
  • Have a genuine interest in products and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.
  • Open to feedback and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Clear, confident, and empathetic communication in customer and team interactions.

  • Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in English language skills.

As a Floor Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating excellent customer experiences that go beyond the expected.

Your leadership ensures every customer journey feels personal, genuine, and memorable, while your focus on service and operational excellence helps bring the brand to life on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high level of customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge, and an engaging store experience
  • Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards
  • Support recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding and training for new team members
  • Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans that support team progression

  • Flexible & Reliable: Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information
