Game Programmer
Job Description
As a section director in a consumer game development project, you will be responsible for the management of the programming section, including progress management, negotiation/coordination, evaluation/training, etc. You will also be involved in the design and implementation of the entire game play, such as battle systems, player behavior, level design, and UI. This includes pre-production when planning, helping to realize the core of the game. You will also adjust specifications and request technical investigations and new system proposals.

- Game programming experience in consumer games (C++ / C#)
- Team leader-level management experience
- Training experience
業務内容
・コンシューマゲーム開発プロジェクトにおける主にプログラミングセクションを対象としたマネジメント業務（進行管理、折衝・調整、評価・育成など）
・ゲーム内のバトルシステム、プレイヤー挙動、レベルデザインに関する遊び・コンテンツ、UIなど、ゲームプレイ全般の設計・実装に関して、仕様に沿ってだけではなく、企画立案時のプリプロを行い、遊びのコアを実現から携わる
・プランナーからの要件に対する整理や仕様調整 ・研究開発部への技術調査依頼や新規仕組みの提案など
※セクションディレクターは、プロジェクト内にある職種や領域（例：プログラマセクション、UIセクションなど）ごとの組織をまとめる役割です
必須経験・スキル
・コンシューマゲームでのゲームプログラミング経験（C++・C#など）
・チームリーダーレベルのマネジメント経験
・育成経験
歓迎経験・スキル
・複数チームや、プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
