As an Intermediate Gameplay Programmer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of gameplay systems with partial ownership. You will work independently on mid-level challenges, apply clean code practices, and help prototype and implement gameplay features. Collaboration across teams and guidance of junior developers are expected, while refining your technical depth and decision-making skills. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining gameplay systems with a focus on client and/or server-side functionalities, collaborating with game designers and artists to integrate gameplay mechanics, resolving technical issues independently, developing and maintaining technical tools, optimizing user experience and performance, estimating tasks, and communicating with stakeholders. You will also support and guide junior team members and fix bugs.
