Job Description

As a lead designer, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Motion production and maintenance of the production environment for human characters in consumer game development, determination of the taste of human motion expression / specification design / quality control, and the development of a production pipeline and production flow for human motion expression. You will be responsible for managing the quality of the team and designing human motion specifications in cooperation with other professions.

Must have:

At least 2 years of practical experience in motion design in game production.
Practical experience in human motion using 3D graphics software (Maya, 3dsMax, etc.)

Good to have:

Knowledge of rigging and animation state construction.
Experience in motion production using motion capture.

リードデザイナーとして以下の業務を担当していただきます
・コンシューマゲーム開発における、人物キャラクターのモーション制作および制作環境の整備
・人物モーション表現のテイスト決定/仕様設計/クオリティ管理など
・人物モーション表現の制作パイプラインおよび制作フロー整備など

必須経験・スキル

・ゲーム制作におけるモーションデザインの実務経験2年以上
※ゲームのプラットフォームは問いません
・3Dグラフィックソフト（Maya、3dsMaxなど）を使用した手付けでの人物モーション実務経験
・チームのクオリティ管理経験、もしくは他職種と連携した人物モーション仕様設計の実務経験

歓迎経験・スキル

・リギングやアニメーションステートの構築の知識がある方
・モーションキャプチャーを使ったモーション制作経験

・他職種と連携を取り、より良い実装方法や問題解決方法を自ら提案できる方
・ただモーションを作るだけでなく、仕様、ルールなどを含めて方向性を決められる方
