The HR Operations Specialist - Americas will support and execute core HR processes across the Americas region (U.S., Canada, and Latin America). Responsibilities include maintaining employee data in HRIS systems (ADP & Oracle), coordinating onboarding/offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations, maintaining employee files, assisting in policy documentation, providing guidance to employees, assisting in training content creation, participating in HR projects, collaborating with internal teams, and resolving employee inquiries. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:

So, what’s the role all about?

 The HR Operations Specialist – Americas is responsible for supporting and executing core HR processes across the Americas region (U.S., Canada, and Latin America). This role plays a key part in ensuring HR operational excellence, data integrity, compliance with regional employment regulations, and seamless employee lifecycle administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

How will you make an impact?   

  • Maintain accurate and timely employee data in the HRIS (ADP & Oracle), ensuring regional consistency and integrity. Support data audits and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate and process onboarding, offboarding, promotions, job changes, and termination in alignment with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies. Maintain employee files and HR documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Assist in documenting and enforcing global and local HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide guidance to employees and managers as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers in the Americas for general HR queries, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Assist in creating the content for training sessions with HRBPs to help solidify understanding of operational processes.
  • Participate in regional or global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, such as process automation, system upgrades, or policy harmonization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to successfully maintain employee satisfaction across the region.
  • Assist employees with related inquiries and issue resolution. Other duties as needed.

Have you got what it takes? 

    • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or specialist roles, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of HR processes and employment practices in the Americas (U.S. and/or LATAM experience preferred)  
    • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
    • Confidentiality and discretion required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
