As an HR Support Apprentice/Human Resources Officer, you will be involved in diverse HR missions including personnel administration, payroll support, recruitment, training and development, internal communication, employee engagement, and social relations. Must Have:
  • Drafting contracts and amendments
  • Monitoring employee files and medical visits
  • Providing support for time management and payroll
  • Conducting legal monitoring and responding to employee requests
  • Managing recruitment processes including sourcing and interviews
  • Participating in annual and professional appraisal campaigns
  • Assisting with career management and internal mobility
  • Managing site communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Supporting social relations and labor inspectorate interactions
  • Assisting in the preparation of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)

As an HR Support Apprentice/Human Resources Officer, your missions will be:

Personnel Administration and Payroll (40%)

  • Drafting contracts, amendments
  • Monitoring employee files, DPAE (prior declaration of employment), medical visits
  • Support for time management and payroll
  • Legal monitoring and responding to employee requests

Recruitment (5%)

  • Drafting and disseminating advertisements
  • Sourcing and selection of CVs
  • Telephone pre-qualifications and in-person interviews
  • Management of follow-up and apprenticeship campaigns

Training & HR Development (20%)

  • Participation in annual and professional appraisal campaigns
  • Assistance with career management and internal mobility
  • Monitoring the skills development plan

Communication/Events, Engagement Committee (20%)

  • Site communication to be managed in relation to Management requests and in compliance with the annual Communication Plan
  • Internal audit concerning Employee Engagement: budget to be set up before audit
  • Deployment and monitoring of QVCT actions (e.g., deployment of the employee satisfaction survey)

Social Relations (15%)

  • Support for the organization of professional elections
  • Support concerning relations with the labor inspectorate
  • Assistance in preparing the CSE (Social and Economic Committee) (indicators, answering questions, etc.)
