As an IN Manager – D365 CRM Technical, you will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and implementing CRM software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves providing training and support to ensure seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft CRM applications. You will work on customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM, including client-side customizations using JavaScript and server-side customizations using C# and .NET assemblies. You will be expected to develop REST APIs, integrate with external systems, and handle server administration and deployment for MSCRM applications. The role requires expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and familiarity with tools like GIT and Power Apps. Experience with Microsoft Azure services is also beneficial. The aim is to optimize operational efficiency for clients.

Responsibilities-

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules

· Experience in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM - client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc..., server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies

· Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX

· Developing REST APIsIntegration experience with external systems through REST API’s. Both with and without middleware.

· Server administration and Deployment for MSCRM application.

· Working knowledge of source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.

· Working with Power apps

· Data migration experience either through a tool or through MS Dynamics feature.

· Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
