Job Description

The job involves the overall construction and operation of infrastructure for our online services. This includes building and operating infrastructure for various content such as smartphone apps, social games, and browser games. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and stable service operation due to the rapid increase in user traffic. The main tasks include building, operating, and maintaining Linux servers. Involvement in upstream processes such as negotiations and requirements definition is also increasing, involving coordination with MSPs, cloud providers, and other projects. You will be encouraged to proactively take on new challenges without being limited by job boundaries.

Must Have:

Build and operate infrastructure for online services.
Maintain Linux servers.

・自社サービス運営におけるインフラの構築・運用
スマートフォンアプリ、ソーシャルゲーム、ブラウザゲームなどさまざまなコンテンツを展開していますので、ユーザーのトラフィックも急増します。そこで効率的かつ安定したサービス稼働を実現する役割を担ってもらいます。

・主な業務：Linuxサーバの構築・運用・保守
最近ではMSPやクラウド事業者、プロジェクト間の調整業務なども増えているため、折衝や要件定義など上流工程に携わるケースも増えております。急成長するサービスですので、業務の垣根なく新しいことにも積極的に挑戦していただきます。

まずは既存タイトルの運用を担当し、システム構成の把握と、パートナー・他部署の役割と調整方法を学んでいただきます。その後、新規タイトルの立ち上げ段階から参画し、要件定義・設計等の上流工程から構築・動作検証までの一通りを学び、ゆくゆくは複数タイトルのシステムマネジメントをするリーダーとして頑張っていただきます。
