Do you want to challenge the boundaries of your expertise and develop your talent in an open, collaborative, and inclusive culture, while becoming part of our journey to create a globally leading consulting firm in sustainability and strategy?
Use your interest in strategy, sustainability, M&A, transformations, and business development in an internship at Rambøll Management Consulting, where you contribute to delivering integrated and sustainable solutions. In this role, you will gain insight into a global consulting firm and simultaneously build a solid understanding of what it takes to work as a management consultant.
We are passionate about the green transition, circular economy, sustainable finance, social sustainability, and building resilient communities that can adapt and thrive in a world characterized by uncertainty. We specialize in business and sustainability consulting across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, construction, industry, waste, and water, advising both private companies and the public sector. We deliver sustainability strategies, financial advice, and implementation plans as a one-stop-shop for our clients. We believe that the true value in our services arises from the ability to combine traditional business and strategy consulting with in-depth sustainability expertise in one integrated team – thereby delivering holistic solutions that address both areas simultaneously.
If this sounds like you – or if you are just curious to hear more – then this role could be the perfect opportunity. Become part of Sustainability Consulting and ESG as our new intern and help create a sustainable future.

You will be an integrated part of our team, and from the moment you join, you will be supported in your personal and professional development. You will gain experience from challenging and complex projects and participate in training tailored with our team and develop your professional experience. Your tasks will vary and depend on the scope of the project and your personal development goals.
Typical project responsibilities for an intern include research, data, market, and competitor analysis, creating presentations, report writing, preparing offers, and participating in client workshops. Above all, you will work closely with our experts and consultants to help develop and deliver impactful sustainability solutions.
As our new colleague in Sustainability Consulting and ESG, you will become part of a young, dynamic, and international team with a professional drive and strong team spirit.
