Overview:
We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our Internal Communications & Editorial team at SOFTSWISS. You’ll work side by side with our Internal Communications Team Lead and an editor, experimenting with formats, making complex things clear and fun, and producing content that people actually want to read and watch.
Purpose of the role:
Your role is to make internal content exciting, structured, and meaningful. From interviews and team stories to campaigns and creative experiments — you’ll make sure our people feel informed, inspired, and connected.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality content: articles, interviews, scripts, stories, and creative formats that reflect our tone of voice.
- Experiment with new formats (video scripts, podcasts, infographics, interactive posts) — always with an eye on engagement, not just information.
- Support other teams with content that fits our ToV and keeps the noise low.
- Turn leader messages and business updates into content people actually understand and want to share.
- Keep an editorial eye on consistency, quality, and storytelling across all channels.
- Work closely with the Internal Comms Team Lead to find new ways of engaging people through content.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in content creation (journalism, media, blogging, internal communications).
- Strong storytelling and interviewing skills — you know how to find the human angle in any topic.
- Excellent Russian and English (C1+). Certificates (IELTS/TOEFL/Cambridge or similar) are a big plus.
- Ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences and formats.
- Curiosity and creativity: you’re not afraid to experiment, but you also know when to keep it simple.
- A sharp editorial sense: you can cut through noise and highlight what matters.
Our Benefits:
- Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours
- Private insurance
- Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year
- Sports program compensation
- Comprehensive Mental Health Programme
- Free online English lessons with a native speaker
- Generous referral program
- Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
