Community Moderator

COMMUNITY MODERATORAs a Games Community Moderator, you will be a crucial part of our community management team, ensuring that our gaming community remains positive, respectful, and safe for all players. You will help enforce community guidelines, assist players, and contribute to a thriving community.### What You Will Do:* Forum and Social Media Moderation: Monitor and moderate player interactions on game forums, social media, and other community platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.* Player Assistance: Provide friendly and professional assistance to players, answering their questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them to relevant resources.* Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve conflicts and disputes within the community, encouraging positive interactions and cooperation.* Content Reporting: Report and document inappropriate content, behavior, and issues to the Community Manager for further action.* Community Engagement: Participate in community discussions, build relationships with players, and help foster a sense of belonging.* Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing community events and activities.* Feedback Gathering: Collect player feedback, suggestions, and concerns and relay this information to the Community Manager.* Maintain a Positive Atmosphere: Encourage positive behavior, sportsmanship, and a welcoming environment within the community.### To Be Successful You Will Have:* Passion for Gaming: An avid gamer with an understanding of gaming communities, trends, and player behavior.* Moderation Skills: Basic experience in forum or social media moderation, with the ability to enforce guidelines and address rule violations.* Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a polite and professional tone.* Problem-Solving: The ability to handle player issues and conflicts diplomatically and effectively.* Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.### In Return, You can Expect:* Knowledge and working experience with ADO* Experience with Microsoft tools* Experience with Studios Quality
