The Inventory Technician is responsible for the daily execution of inventory management, ensuring adherence to lab standards and procedures. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, performing cycle counts, receiving and storing materials, updating databases, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a 12-hour rotating shift.

Job Description:

Organizes daily execution of inventory management and ensures adherence to lab standards and procedures including compliance to lab inventory process, inventory tools and etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production and operational needs.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Receive, label, and store incoming materials and supplies.
  • Update inventory databases and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operation teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow safety and quality standards in handling and storing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT, Management, or any related field.
  • Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Self-sufficiency, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers.
  • 12 hours rotating shift
