As a Jr. Quote and Configuration Specialist, you will support the market's needs related to medical equipment configuration, ensuring correct workflow and quotation processes. Your role involves performing less complex quote processes, handling a limited volume of quote and configuration requests, and providing transactional and administrative support. You will acquire job skills, learn company policies, and gain basic knowledge of products and the commercial landscape to assist the Commercial team in developing customer quotations.

Good To Have:

Knowledgeable in quoting, medical equipment configuration, or equivalent fields.
Willingness to learn and apply AI tools for task automation, data analysis, and forecasting.
Biomedical and/or data analysis knowledge.

Must Have:

2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent field, OR no prior experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Package.
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, OR High School Diploma/Vocational Education.
Professional with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English is required.

As a Jr. Quote and Configuration Specialist you are responsible for supporting the market's topics related to the configuration of medical equipment, such as correct workflow configuration and quotation..

Your role:

Performs less complex quotes processes or/and handles a limited volume of quote and configuration request.
Provide transactional and administrative support related to in qoute and configuration processes.
Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures required to complete routine supportive tasks.
Acquire basic knowledge of products and Businesse's comercial landscape to help Commercial team develop final customer quotations.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as biomedical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent field OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree, preferably knowledgable in quoting, medical equipment configuration or equivalent fields.
Your skills include knowledge in Microsoft Office Package. Willingness to learn an apply AI tools to develop solutions aligned with business needs (Task automation, Data Analysis, Forecasting).
You have a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields OR High School Diploma/Vocational Education, preferably with biomedical and/or data analysis knowledge.
You’re a professional with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English required.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
