Job Description

Roof Stacks seeks a Lead Compensation and Benefits professional to develop, implement, and improve compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration strategies. Responsibilities include ensuring legal and policy compliance, overseeing payroll providers, designing reward systems, monitoring market trends, managing HR processes and documentation, supporting HRIS digitalization, collaborating with internal teams, and staying updated on labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, strong knowledge of HR processes, proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools, and excellent communication and analytical skills. The role requires managing payroll, ensuring compliance, designing reward systems, and supporting the digitalization of HR operations. The position is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

Responsibilities:

*Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration strategies
*Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies in all payroll and HR operations
*Oversee external payroll providers and manage end-to-end payroll processes with high accuracy and timeliness
*Design and manage reward, bonus, and incentive systems aligned with business goals
*Monitor market trends to build and maintain competitive salary and benefits structures
*Manage core HR processes and documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, internal orders, and policies
*Support the digitalization of compensation and HR operations through effective use of HRIS and analytics tools
*Collaborate closely with internal teams and senior leadership to provide strategic input and resolve HR-related inquiries efficiently
*Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, ensuring continued compliance and proactive risk management
*Foster a seamless and engaging employee experience through operational excellence in HR service delivery

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
*Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel administration
*Strong knowledge of HR processes, especially payroll, time management, and employee records management
*Demonstrated experience in HR documentation and compliance practices
*Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with HRIS and compensation tools
*Solid understanding of labor law compliance and payroll systems
*Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and usage is considered a nice-to-have
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make data-driven decisions
*Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills*Good command of English, both written and spoken
*High Learning Agility capacity
*Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity
