Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics organization, backed by marquee investors, expanding its services across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on B2B business development, acquiring and retaining clients for logistics solutions, including B2B transportation and cold chain logistics. The manager will drive sales, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and provide customer support, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Work closely with internal Solutions, Transport, and Project Management Teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in selling services or solutions to businesses.
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Ability to comprehend client business operations and needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional pitching and presentation skills.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills.
  • Native Thai language proficiency.
  • English TOEIC score of at least 650.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Retention
  • Identify and Acquire potential B2B clients and develop sales tactics to convert leads into closed won
  • Utilise value-based selling methodology to diagnose clients' requirements by identifying the client's problems, impact to client and possible solutions for clients
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and increase wallet share within timeline
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of the company's products and services and use them to help solve client's requirements and needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals
  • Negotiate contract or quotation terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
  • Ensure that sales agreements are beneficial for both the client and the company.
  • Customer Support and Problem Resolution
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely internally with Solutions, Transport and Project Management Teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales, resulting in high conversion rate of sales
  • Share client feedback with relevant departments to help improve products and services.

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in selling services or solutions to businesses in any field. Experience in selling logistics services or solutions will be highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Ability to comprehend client business operations and needs to effectively close sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional pitching and presentation skills to capture and retain client interest.
  • Strong logical and analytical skills to effectively quantify and communicate cost savings to clients.
  • Passionate, Intellectually Curious, posses Adaptive and Independent learning

Language requirements

  • Native Thai
  • English TOEIC score of at least 650
