Your Role:
As a Process Supervisor you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility.
In this role you will play a key role in Aptiv . You will Coordinate, monitor and control all activities related to the coverage of production needs and logistics at the level of technical equipment and processes in collaboration with the industrial engineering department while ensuring compliance with the procedures in force. As well as these various accountabilities:
- Ensure a good connection between design changes during the project development phases and the adjustment of the technical production process to ensure consistency between the product change and the production process.
- Develop and ensure the updating of the resource mobilization strategy within the "Process Engineering" division.
- Participate in the validation of concepts defined at flow 3 level during the listing of new business if necessary.
- Coordinate and direct project plans under development in accordance with the project phases and launch an implementation strategy with the plant.
- Validate the calculation of costs to be communicated at the plant level as well as those externally.
- Ensure the availability of equipment at the SOP by making the necessary anticipations (alert suppliers, alert GSM and alert the MEC...).
- Plan and monitor continuous improvement actions.
- Contribute to the choice of suppliers for the purchase of equipment for the means of production.
- Ensure the elaboration and updating of the Cutting, Preparation and Final Assembly Capacity studies and ensure that they are updated.
- Support and ensure the smooth transfer of equipment in accordance with the procedure in force.
- Ensure good communication and collaboration with suppliers, MEC and the Advanced planner
- Ensure the development and execution of POS audit plans.
- Identification of risks and opportunities
- Proposals for new strategies.
- Facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the various audits (internal, certification, customer, etc...).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Your Background:
- Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, automated systems electromechanics or equivalent.
- To have as a minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry on a similar position.
- Good level of communication in English & French
- Good Computer Skills
- Knowledge of electronic systems and machine components
- Knowledge of manufacturing Engineering
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Problem solving techniques
