Job Description
Dream11 is seeking a Product Designer to join their dynamic Design team, which includes Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Graphics Designers, Illustrators, and Motion Designers. The role involves owning the end-to-end design for multiple features and projects, contributing to strategic problem-solving for users, and conducting user research and usability testing. You will analyze user feedback and data patterns to inform design decisions, drive process improvements, and contribute to the design system for consistency and scalability. Collaboration with engineers to ensure high-quality feature launches and effective communication with teams and stakeholders are key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate will have experience designing B2C products and delivering end-to-end UX/UI features.
Must have:
- 4+ years of relevant design experience
- 2+ years of designing B2C products
- Experience using prototyping tools
- Delivered end-to-end UX/UI features/projects
- Own end-to-end design across features/projects
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders
Good to have:
- Contribute to strategic conversations
- Understand analytics and data patterns

Job Details
Design @Dream11
The Design team at Dream11 consists of Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, Graphics Designers, Illustrators and Motion Designers. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that the products and experiences delivered to our users are not only useful and usable, but that they accurately reflect our brand and are a delight to use. We would love to hear from you if you are looking to work on complex, challenging and exciting design problems.
Your Role:
- Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects
- Contribute to strategic conversations to help solve meaningful problems for users
- Regularly conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
- Understand analytics and data patterns which help make informed design decisions
- Drive process improvements and add to the design system to improve consistency and scalability
- Work closely with engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with teams, peers and stakeholders
Qualifiers:
- 4+ years of relevant design experience
- 2+ experience of designing B2C products
- Experience in using prototyping tools
- Delivered end to end UX/UI features/projects
