Your daily life
The Toulouse site is responsible for satellite system engineering, the design and production of payloads, as well as the development and qualification of ground segments. It integrates a research center and an industrial accelerator for start-ups and ventures.
Your missions:
You are responsible for providing production support for Thales Alenia Space and Thales Système de Mission Defense (DMS SPECTRA project) products.
You contribute to the quality and reliability of products throughout the production cycle, adhering to quality standards. You ensure that delivered products comply with the definition file.
You ensure customer protection and the handling of technical production issues.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the processing of technical production issues and implement immediate actions to protect the client. To do this, you will lead meetings with support functions (Quality, Activity Manager, Methods, Processes, Maintenance, etc.) to identify the root cause, the disposition to apply to the material, and the associated action plan.
- Ensure follow-up of this action plan to reintegrate the product into the production flow.
- Implement indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the action plan.
- Ensure that the speed of technical issue processing is compatible with delivery times.
- Participate in the industrialization phases of new products (with the Client, Project Manager, Methods and Processes teams, etc.) to incorporate feedback and optimize the production cycle (optimization of tools, resources, manufacturing methods, etc.).
- Define improvement actions to achieve industrial performance objectives (Quality, Recurring Costs, Lead Time) with support functions (Methods, Processes, Activity Manager, Quality, etc.).
- Contribute with Methods and Processes teams to optimize the product range and improve products throughout the production cycle (to improve Recurring Cost).
Your Profile:
- Engineer / Master's degree BAC+5 or equivalent VAE
- Generalist training or professional experience in a technical field
- Experience in industry and/or in a production workshop and/or in testing
- Mastery of anomaly resolution tools and methods (QQOQCPC, 5 Whys?, fault tree, Ishikawa....)
- Knowledge of micro-electronics manufacturing processes is a plus
- Ability to lead meetings with support functions
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to present and synthesize a subject. And to manage and monitor action plans
- Autonomy, Rigor, Curiosity, Analytical skills will be real assets for this position
- Proficiency in English
