You will be responsible for carrying out manufacturing, repair, and control operations according to production ranges and standards, ensuring first-level maintenance, reporting anomalies, and contributing to continuous improvement.   • Perform manufacturing, repair, and control operations
  • Ensure first-level preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Report anomalies and non-conformities, trigger associated Andon
  • Contribute to continuous improvement actions at the workstation
  • Develop versatility across multiple workstations
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in assembly, control, integration, or repair
  • Ability to read and interpret manufacturing procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for binocular work

Your daily life

Join us on the Vélizy campus, which hosts a wide diversity of Thales activities: aerospace, defense, civil, etc. Located west of Paris, this site offers a work environment equipped with the latest technological innovations and provides services that allow for balancing professional and personal life.

Attached to the Common Components production unit of the site, as a Production Operator, you will be entrusted with the following missions:

  • Carry out manufacturing and/or repair and/or control operations in accordance with manufacturing ranges, allocated times, and workstation standards, using the material resources provided, and control your work.
  • Ensure first-level maintenance (preventive and corrective).
  • Report anomalies or non-conformities and trigger the associated Andon.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement actions at your workstation.

You will be led to develop your versatility in accordance with the needs of your unit across several workstations.

Your profile

Do you want to contribute to industrial challenges by joining passionate and inspiring teams?

You ideally hold a degree in the field of micromechanics and have the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in at least one of the following activities: assembly of electronic or mechanical components, control, integration, repair, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret information in manufacturing procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret a plan.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity (work under binocular microscope).

Ideally, do you know cleanroom work procedures & know how to use an ERP?

Good ability to work autonomously and in a team, patience, good stress management, and a sense of organization are all assets that are recognized in you?
