Your Missions
As a purchasing agent, your responsibilities will be as follows:
- You ensure the supply of parts necessary for production and sales. In this context, you conduct studies to identify the causes of sales loss.
- You are also responsible for researching and identifying new suppliers. Finally, you contribute to the identification of parts and their proper management throughout the procurement process.
- You manage the relationship with local subcontractors and monitor orders.
- You ensure proper on-site stock management to guarantee product availability.
- You ensure the complete management of kit supply and actively participate in the modification and assembly of kits.
- You participate in the alternative parts development team to diversify our sources and improve our products.
Your Profile
To succeed in this position, you must have the following skills and qualities:
- Purchasing manager training and/or significant professional experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical parts, specifically liftgates.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in office IT tools and ERP logic (ideally knowledge of NAVISION ERP).
- Ease in interpersonal relations and professional communication (verbal/telephone) and written (emails).
- Good level of English.
- Organization / Curiosity / information research.
