We are looking for you as a Receptionist / Office Manager (m/f/d) as a parental leave cover (limited to 2 years) in part-time (20 hours/week) at our Ludwigsburg location.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for office management for our company headquarters in Ludwigsburg
- You support the local management, coordinate all stakeholders, optimize local office processes, and are the first point of contact for internal and external contacts at the reception
- Your daily work in our front office also includes processing incoming and outgoing mail and organizing meeting rooms
- You receive internal and external visitors from Germany as well as from European subsidiaries and contribute to the successful design of presentations and meetings
- You also support the organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings and events and coordinate service providers (e.g., caterers)

- You have successfully completed commercial training (office communication, hotel clerk or similar)
- Preferably, you have professional experience at the reception, in office management, in the service sector, or in the hotel industry
- You are proficient in MS-Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A representative and well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you, and you possess a high degree of service orientation
- You work extremely independently, autonomously, structured, solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail
- Good communication skills in fluent German and English are among your strengths
