Job Description

As a Recruiting Lead at Google, you'll manage and direct all recruiting efforts for the Latin America team, focusing on non-tech roles. You'll create and implement staffing strategies to meet annual hiring plans, emphasizing quality hires, process efficiency, and client management. You'll lead and inspire a team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and solve complex problems. Responsibilities include guiding candidates through the hiring process, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and using data analytics to improve the hiring process. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is preferred.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in internal and external recruiting, executive search or talent acquisition consulting.
  • 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a strategy for talent acquisition in a highly dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct all recruiting efforts for the Latin America team supporting non-tech role profiles.
  • Create and implement a staffing business strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and client management.
  • Manage and inspire a team to deliver results across a complex regional and functional matrix while effectively communicating critical dimensions of staffing business plans with global leadership teams and support organizations.
  • Cross collaborate with, manage, and influence complex partner relationships with cross-functional partner teams to deeply understand clients’ business and ensure overall talent acquisition objectives are achieved.
  • Get to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solution.
