Role: We are looking for an experienced Relocation specialist to join our growing international Scorewarrior team, who will help ensure a smooth and comfortable relocation of our new employees and their families to Cyprus.

Tasks to be solved:

• Coordination of the full relocation cycle for new employees and their families (visas, flights, housing, etc.).
• Communication and support for candidates and their families throughout all stages of the relocation process.
• Collaboration with immigration agents to ensure accurate and timely processing of work visas.
• Maintenance and development of internal relocation documentation and guidelines.
• Close collaboration with Recruitment, HR, and Office Management teams to create a smooth and professional relocation experience.

Job requirements

• 2+ years of experience in relocation, HR operations, visa support, or similar administrative roles.
• Understanding of visa and immigration processes, as well as relocation logistics (experience with relocation to Cyprus or the EU is a big plus).
• Confident use of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience working with task management tools such as Master Task, Airtable, etc.
• Familiarity with knowledge management platforms like Notion or Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Empathetic and people-oriented mindset — you genuinely want to help our team members.
• Great problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
