Missions

En tant que responsable de bureau, votre rôle sera de s'assurer de l'application des tâches quotidiennes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du studio et coordonner les activités qui en découlent.


ASSURER UNE PRÉSENCE À LA RÉCEPTION

  • Faire la gestion des invités
  • Gérer la réception des colis et des envois
  • Faire la gestion des cartes d’accès

GESTION DES ESPACES COMMUNS

  • Faire la gestion des espaces de stationnement
  • Faire l'entretien des aires communes (boîtes, rebuts, machine à café, changer les kegs, etc)
  • Être le point central pour les employés et les locateurs relativement aux points concernant l’édifice (bris, etc.)
  • Mettre en place des processus pour améliorer la vie au studio (composte, nouveau fournisseur, etc.)

EXPÉRIENCE EMPLOYÉ

  • Gérer les marchandises promotionnelles et cadeaux aux employés
  • Effectuer les commandes hebdomaires/mensuelles (Épicerie, Café, Bière, Matériel…)
  • Support aux évènements sociaux (activités studio)
  • Supporter à l’organisation d’évènements corpo (visites externes ou de partenaires, formations, services aux employés, etc.)
  • Responsable de la communication pour tous les aspects reliés à son travail

AUTRES TÂCHES

  • Intermédiaire aux réservations voyage avec l’agence de voyage corporative
  • Autres tâches connexes

Mission

As the Office Manager, your role will be to ensure the implementation of daily tasks necessary for the operations of the studio and to coordinate the related activities.


ENSURE FRONT DESK PRESENCE

  • Manage guest check-ins
  • Handle package and mail reception
  • Manage access cards

MANAGE COMMON AREAS

  • Oversee parking space management
  • Maintain common areas (boxes, trash, coffee machine, changing kegs, etc.)
  • Serve as the main contact point for employees and tenants regarding building-related issues (e.g., damage)
  • Implement processes to improve studio life (composting, new suppliers, etc.)

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

  • Manage promotional merchandise and employee gifts
  • Handle weekly/monthly orders (groceries, coffee, beer, supplies, etc.)
  • Support social events (studio activities)
  • Assist with the organization of corporate events (external visits, partner visits, training, employee services, etc.)
  • Responsible for communication related to all aspects of the role

OTHER TASKS

  • Act as an intermediary for travel bookings with the corporate travel agency
  • Other task related
